My students needed practice with scantrons prior to be required to use them for the MCA once in 3rd grade. We began by having them complete scantrons for parts of a quiz that were multiple choice after completing it.
This card was designed to help students learn to understand when they needed to take a break and to be able to make the choice to take proactive breaks, rather than having to take a break because of bad choices. This card will monitor when proactive breaks are taken and when breaks were enforced.
