I have taken the UPDATED 2014-2015 math TEKS and put them on individual slides so all you have to do is print, laminate, and post in your classroom. I am going to put magnets on the back of each page so I can put the TEK on my board that I am teaching that day and we will underline the vocabulary words that are important for the kids to know! If you buy but want a different color background, I will email you a PowerPoint version so you can change the colors! :)

These are documents that I used in my classroom DAILY. It was a way for the kids to take ownership of their actions and also a way for me to have documentation. I would to them to office depot and have them carbon copied so I would have a copy and the parents would get a copy. If I ran out of carbon copies I would just take a picture of it and email it to the parents. Respect slip is for behavior and the OOPS form is for work habits.
