Jonathan has over 20 years of clinical experience in the behavioral health profession in both public and private sectors. Jonathan has been a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) since 2004, Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia since 2012, Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania since 2013, as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Missouri since 2014, and has been serving children with autism and related disorders since 2000 with interventions that include home programs, school consults, FBAs (Functional Behavioral Assessments), program supervision, and IEP meeting support. Jonathan has delivered ABA therapy in different places: Pennsylvania (mainly), Virginia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Arkansas. Jonathan has also provided credentialing supervision for BCaBAs, BCBAs, and BCBA-Ds in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, Ohio, Illinois, Connecticut, and Italy. Jonathan also supervised an ABA clinic in Virginia as well. Jonathan has spoken at a state level autism conference at University of Cincinnati (Ohio) on the topic of Verbal Behavior. Jonathan has authored training material for teaching Applied Behavior Analysis and is accredited and an individual Adult Continuing Education (ACE) Provider with the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
Jonathan’s overall professional career indicates a wide variety of experience with diverse populations. Earlier in his career he served populations with the following interventions: truancy intervention, suicide prevention, and anger management for inmate populations, and coaching/support for adolescents who were adjudicated delinquent.
Currently, Jonathan designs individualized ABA programs in most of the above states mentioned for mainly military families (active duty and retirees) though provider networks. Jonathan has also developed an APP called "ABA Training Modules" as an alternative presentation of the PowerPoint "ABA Training Modules".
Jonathan also has taught Human Development for Pennsylvania State University (2006-2015) and RHS Instructor (2013) developing and teaching courses in Childhood Development, Adolescence Development, Adulthood Development, Effective Interventions, Family Development, and Intro courses, as well as Rehab and Counseling.
