About the store
I studied a BSc(Hons) degree in Computing in the UK, and then a PGCE at the same university, during which I taught Computing and ICT in two high schools, while also providing Barefoot Computing training to primary schools to help them adapt to the changed curriculum. Throughout university I offered private tuition in Maths and Computing. I am now living in Australia where I work as a casual teacher as well as private tutor of Maths, English and Computer Skills to students of all ages.

Dessert Conundrum - An Australia Day Maths Activity
This is an Australia Day themed resource that could also be used as part of any maths unit involving ratios.
Students are given the task of working out how much of each ingredient is needed to make a pavlova for 15 people, when the recipe was only written for 6.

Teaching style
I have a flexible approach to teaching, which I can adapt depending on the level and personality of the student. I would discuss my approach with all students to find out the best approach for them.
