About the store

Experience

I have taught middle school math and science for 10 years in North Carolina. I also coach track and field and help coordinate and organize other school related events.

Teaching style

My teaching style is a balance of whole group, small group, and individual instruction. I want my students to be engaged not only with me but also with each other. I think it is important for me to be a facilitator, but sometimes students need me to be an educational leader who helps direct the learning in the classroom in a more active role. My teaching style is an attempt at finding a balance between the dynamics of a facilitator and leader, and hopefully I accomplish both.
