After 39 years in Education I am now retired, my first 7 years I taught 4th grade, then 1 year of 3rd grade, 2 years of 5th grade, 1 year in a Staff Development Cadre, 2 years as half-time kindergarten teacher and Principal, 4 years as Principal of 2 buildings, 2 years teaching second grade, 3 years as Master Teacher of Arkansas First Conversion Charter School, and 15 years as Assistant Principal.
