About the store
In my teaching experience, I have been a building sub, long-term sub, and also taught first-grade for the last two years! In fact, I was able to teach both virtually and in-person simultaneously to my class of english-learning first-graders when school doors finally opened up after the Covid outbreak.
I have even taught to children ages 0 to 16 in the very poor areas of the Dominican Republic in villages called bateys.

Experience

Teaching style
I have great strength in differentiation, as I always base my teaching upon readiness, interest, and learning profile. In addition, I teach according to the strengths of my students. Rather than teaching to their deficit or need, I teach using a strengths-based approach in all subject areas in order to produce the most growth in a way the students learn best!

I graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with my bachelor's of science in Elementary Education as well as my bachelor's of science in Social Science.
I am currently obtaining my master's degree in Remedial Reading.

I love to teach! It has always been my passion, even as a child. This store is merely an outlet for others to share my love and use what I create to better support teachers and their classrooms.
