These can be used as daily practice or timed fluency assessments. There are fact sheets for 0-20 facts. Each one has addition and subtraction. There are two assessments per page to make printing easier. It is already differentiated as students move on based on their ability to complete their sheet within 2 minutes.

Phonemic awareness is the ability to hear, identify, and manipulate individual sounds- phonemes--in spoken words. Before children learn to read print, they need to become more aware of how the sounds in words work. These 13 assessments asks questions to determine student gaps in the phonemic continuum. We use these assessments to help us with identifying areas of weakness for our RTI interventions. We usually move on to PHONICS once as student has achieved 80% accuracy or higher several times
