Experience
I work with students with Autism in a very restrictive and adaptive program.
Teaching style
Working with students with cognitive delays has allowed me to open my mind to how to create differentiated levels of worksheets to correspond with lessons being taught digitally. Creating materials that allow all learners to work through content that they are reviewing or just starting to learn. Being a hands on learner myself anything physical is right up my alley.
