Template for "Problem of the Week" or "Challenge of the Week". This can be used across many grade levels for math classes. The rubric and set-up of the template is meant to value the student's process over achieving the correct answer. Also, this is an editable Microsoft Word Document, so the rubric or wording can be changed.

Students can choose from any of the 21 Spanish-speaking countries around the world to create a profile of this country. They research the geography and topography of the country, as well as its flag. The profile is printed two per page and can be cut in half, so students can glue them into interactive notebooks. Entirely editable on Google Docs.
