A version of the classic I Have, Who Has game, this is sure to get your little ones more fluent with letter and sound recognition! There is a capital version as well as a lowercase version in random order. Enjoy!
The object of the game is to fill up your game board with cards. They turn the cards over face down and take turns turning them over. If they are able to name the letter/sound/number/etc., they may keep their card. If they can't, it goes back in their pile. If they draw a Vroom, Vroom! card, they may remove a card from the other player's board. I love this game because you can differentiate for each child. You can have one group working on letters/sounds/numbers, while the other group is working
I hope you enjoy this Roll and Graph activity included in my Valentine's Day packet that will be posted soon! Please visit my blog for my ideas and freebies: www.lovingandlearninginprek.blogspot.com
Enjoy!
I plan on using this game during our unit on Cowboys. The children turn over a number card, identify the card, keep the card and move ahead one space. If they can not identify the number, they do not move ahead and their card stays in the pile. If they turn over a "Yee Haw!" card, they must go back to the beginning. The game ends when someone reaches the horse at the end of the game board.
Cards are numbered 0-75.
Thanks for looking!

Directions: The children will spin the spinner and write the number they spun on the sorting mat using a dry erase marker (since they will be laminated). Then, place the corresponding number of marshmallows on the heart mat. Have them spin again and write the next number they spun in the next blank. Then, count marshmallows to find the total. Write the total in the last box. They will use the recording sheet throughout the game to record the addition problems.
I am creating a morning work packet geared toward 3rd/4th graders. This is a sample of the morning work I make for my students. Please leave feedback if you like it!

Use this as a supplement to your Valentine's Day unit. Your little ones will spin the spinner, identify the beginning sound, then color the beginning sound on the heart. You could also have them place M&M's or some sort of counter on the sounds. Enjoy!
Match the math term to the definition and record your answers on the Math Terms sheet . You can also use the math words on your word wall.
Terms included are: addend, sum, factor, product, minuend, subtrahend, difference, divisor, quotient, dividend
Happy teaching!
We are learning about the sun/moon this week as well as talking about day/night activities. I made this little writing page for my little ones to do. Enjoy!
This year, my campus is reading and implementing TTQQ---> Thinking Through Quality Questioning. If you have not read the book, I highly recommend it. It is crucial to ask quality questions to our students!
I have included several colors for you to choose from. Enjoy!
