French 1 final exam included authentic resources adapted for interpretive listening and reading. Proficiency based exam aimed to novice-high/intermediate-low learners. It contains : 1) interpretive listening questions 2) interpretive reading questions 3) interpersonal communication written questions - open ended 4) writing prompt 5) teacher's page with listening script and answers for first two parts. It can be used as classroom activity as well.

Highly engaging and interactive scavenger hunt for students in French (best suited for the end of level 1 and up). Various cultural facts, pictures, videos, phrases, calendar events and map coordinates are used to create QR codes that you can place in your room and have students look for hints after they scan them. This presentation gives a brief introduction to comprehensible input in foreign language teaching. It includes many resources - readings, web-site links, blogs, and videos, for the new teachers to get started or to use CI principles in their lessons.

Comprehensible (TPRS) story based on vocabulary from unit 1 of D'accord 1. About third of the vocabulary is used. Vocabulary is clearly defined. Instructions for teacher are included as well as multitude of questions based on the story and options for follow-up activities.
