About the store

I have taught in the field of music for 22 1/2 years at the elementary, high school and university levels. I currently teach general music at a K-4 elementary school. I have served as the chairperson of a university music department, developed curriculum & degree plans, and recruited with the college ensemble/choir. I currently teach K-4 general music, conduct church music workshops, and present professional development trainings for my school district.

Experience

Teaching style

I am Orff Level 1 certified and World Drumming Level 1 certified. I incorporate Kodaly, Orff and other methods in my music classes. I teach students to play recorders, ukuleles, and world drumming instruments. I also direct two honor choirs.
