Just Getting Started

A daily behavior record for those students who have trouble making it through the day. The simple behavior record can be printed out and placed on the student's desk. The teacher will use a marker to put a dot next to a smile face or a sad face to indicate how that student did that day for each part of the school day. The teacher can make comments on the bottom and the parents must sign the chart.
