Just Getting Started

Students check whether their last testing scores were exemplary, met or not met in the first set of boxes and then students decide what their goal will be the next time they take the standardized test. There are 6 pages included. 5 pages are geared toward the SC PASS test--all content areas and 1 generic testing data sheet that can be used for any standardized test. These work great in student data notebooks.

Students use this form to analyze errors made on tests. You can print and copy or display on SMART board and have students write in a math journal. I made this in hopes of reducing simple student errors like going to quickly or not reading carefully. Hope it helps.
