I use this system for students who need reminders of staying on task and completing tasks. I laminate the sheet and for each subject the student is expected to get at least 4 out of 6 tally marks with a dry erase marker. If he/she earns 4 out 6 they may earn a reward immediately after the class or you may expect a certain number of tallys a day in order for a reward at end of the day. There are endless ways to work this tally sheet.
I use these for my positive reinforcement system. When kids are caught being on task or answering questions, helping a friend, raising hand, etc. They can earn at ticket. You can decide what they get for the tickets and how many tickets they need for a reward.
