This is a data/behavior sheet I use with some of my students in the mornings and throughout their day to track how they are feeling and if they are giving appropriate responses, tone, and interaction with peers and teachers. It also has a homework section for each class so I know what classes they have homework in.
We labeled each part of the expression-the constant, variable, coefficient. I use different color paper to print these on.
