All you need are some post-its and a printer to create these fun, exit slips. Students will enjoy writing an exiting thought on colorful post-its. Also included are notebook/journal checks that can easily be attached to a page and written on quickly to assess student progress. Simply print out the slides and stick a 3x3 post it over each item. Re-print and you will have these cool assessments.
Have you ever wished you had time to write personal notes to students? Here is a template to create colorful post-its to pass out to students when you want to reward them for something good. Simply print the page and put a post-it (2x2s work well) over each blurb. Print your page again and the post-its will be printed on. Simple! (Just change the signature or change them to fit your needs)
