Awards & shining teacher moments
I was awarded with the New Teacher of the Year Award in 2023 at my campus. This was a huge accomplishment and made me feel like my skills and hard work were recognized as a first year teacher.
My own education history
I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Education for The University of Texas at San Antonio.
Additional biographical information
I am from San Antonio, Texas and teach lower elementary. I love teaching because I get to help students realize their success and watch them grow. Outside of teaching I am a wife and mother to a little boy. I am also passionate about spending time with my family, cooking/ baking, and being active members of our church.
