If differentiation is needed, you can write the rule (x,y) -- > (__,__) for the student and have them graph the shape or rewrite the points. The quiz is six questions. I took the point values off so you may assign your own. I did 1pt each for the first three, and the 3pts each for the last problems, totaling 12pts.
