I use this packet to keep all of my student data for the Origo Math Curriculum in one place. I track growth from the pre-assessment to the final assessment (our district is in year 2 of implementation so we use the pretest for both), homework scores, and overall growth. I have used this as an artifact for Educator Effectiveness as well!

Print, cut and laminate this cute watercolor themed flip-able calendar! Included are the weekdays (M-F), all the months, and date cards. This file supports displaying the date as one card for each date number (1-31) or using two cards to use a single digit for each (i.e. a 3 card and a one card for 31)!
