We are working on a writing focus at our elementary school, so quick writes have become more popular. I created this document to be used in all subject areas, but yet conserve paper. Many teachers are using this in a booklet form, either copied back to back and stapled, or gluing into a notebook. Either way, it gets kids writing and gives you a place to have kids write often and quickly!

Number of the Day was used each morning as the kids came into school based off of the number of days we has been in school, up to #180. The kids each had a black and white notebook and used a page a day to do all 28 math problems using the # of the day. So easy and no copying or thinking about what to do each morning! :)
