Math morning work- Number of the Day
Number of the Day was used each morning as the kids came into school based off of the number of days we has been in school, up to #180. The kids each had a black and white notebook and used a page a day to do all 28 math problems using the # of the day. So easy and no copying or thinking about what to do each morning! :)

Teaching style
I love kids working in small groups through rotations... the most important time in a child's school day is when they are with you at the small group table. Get rotations up and running well in your classroom and you WILL see the benefits.
