Use the butterflies and ladybugs to do addition up to 10. 16 pages of addition cards are added from no 1 up to 9. Use the butterflies for the first number and the ladybugs for the second number. This is a fun way of teaching children to read a mathematical problem and using fun elements to solve the problem. Using the 10 frame provided is also a great way to teach one to one counting. This fun activity is perfect for pre-k and preschool children.

Using Ice-cream sticks and the pattern card make different patterns for the lion's mane. There are different options for patterns AB, ABC and AAB patterns each section has 6 different patterns to complete. There are 2 options on how you want to complete the pattern. Copy the colored sticks on the picture or use the blank page (with lion's head, but no pattern) and a pattern card and complete the pattern.
