A great craft to do around grandparents day. Could also be used for mother's day, but the letter says grandparents. Students write a letter to their loved one and put together some heart shaped flowers with messages of love. Simply copy the templates onto colored cardstock, have students write their message on the heart shaped petals and the pot, cut them out and glue them together with a glue stick.

A list of jobs from the story "The Giver" which are assigned like in their society based on what other people think they are good at. Have students take a Myers Briggs test online and use their result to decide what job they would have in the society of "The Giver".
