We print these at 80% of the full size and glue into our math notebooks. Also works as a poster on the walls so that students can access the 100s chart but also start to notice and recognize the patterns that happen in math.

We print these at 80% and then glue them inside of the cover of our math composition books. It is a great way to start to recognize patterns and come up with strategies to find the products of numbers 1-12. Reminding kids they are not "hunting for answers" but looking to understand and see patterns and apply those patterns to their thinking.

Post these simple classroom rules so that students know what is expected of them and you can quickly and easily check in with them about how their behavior is affecting your classroom. Students get bogged down and confused when there are too many rules to follow and teachers end up overwhelmed and jumping through hoops trying to match expectations with a large set of rules! Keep it simple! Respect, ready, responsible and kind!
