About the store
I began teaching as 2012 Teach For America - South Carolina Corps Member. I taught in a 6-8 cross-categorical self-contained classroom for one year, then taught as a high school Resource teacher for two more years. Following these years in South Carolina, I moved to Los Angeles and got my Masters from Loyola Marymount University in Reading Instruction and Intervention. I have been teaching 5th and 6th grade Resource at a charter school in Los Angeles for 3 years now. I am currently working on my National Board Certification in the area of Special Education.

Each page of this fluency builder gives students 20 focus sight words to practice repeatedly in a random order; rather than practicing flashcards, which gives students one chance on a bunch of words, this gives multiple chances to practice a few words.
