Description: This is a two-page problem solving guide for students who are dealing with anxiety, stress, or other "problem" behaviors. The student will describe the problem, how they feel about it, and how "terrible" it is. Then the student and teacher/clinician will discuss and write down three possible outcomes for the situation. I provide many supports in the classroom and in therapy (visual, auditory, manipulatives), as I recognize that students learn in different ways and that multi-modal presentation of information produces the best learning outcomes.
