I like to be hands on. Children learn by doing. However, I believe in independent learning to help build a child's critical thinking skills.

After starting college to earn a degree in the culinary arts, I began working towards my degree in business management. It wasn't until 5 years after I began college that I realized I wanted to earn my degree in early childhood education. In 2013, I received my associates degree. I have been able to use what I know about how children learn, and apply it to my own children as I homeschool.
