Teaching style

When you walk into my classroom, you will not see just a class, but you will see a “family” working and learning together. From the first day of school, I work hard to build a strong sense of community with my students and their families. We work together. We encourage and support one another. My students and their families know that I will do anything and everything to help their child feel loved, supported and encouraged in safe environment, while helping them become successful and lifelong learners. I am consistent, kind, loving, supportive and patient. I am also fair and I hold my students accountable. We establish clear rules, routines and procedures from day one. I love my students. I love teaching and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. I work hard each and every day to make sure my students and their families know that. I give 110% and have a very strong work ethic. I work well with my colleagues and believe that collaboration with your teammates and administration can help you become the best teacher possible.
