These are motivational slips that I put on each student's desk with a treat before testing each morning. The treats are: Starburst, Jolly Rancher, Goldfish, Tootsie Roll, Dum-Dum, and Smarties. Students love this as a pick-me-up each morning of testing! Good Luck!! :)

This is great for those students that tend to skip steps when adding or subtracting fractions. Laminate and have them physically check off each step as they complete it.
