Experience

I have been teaching for 11 years, all blessed in math. When I first started teaching I took almost every training I could get my hands on. Teaching style

My true passion is making students enjoy math. I like to think of myself as the Math Cheerleader because I like to cheer my students on through problem solving and watch them grow. I believe that no child should cry over math or be to the point of tears over any kind of math problem. My lessons make learning fun and exciting. I don't know if there is a specific word that would label my style but we do a lot of activities, hands on, stations, partner-work, whole brain, and out of your seat work.
