Real World Integer Operations Project
This activity has 3 parts: Part 1 gives students real-world problems that involve integers. An incorrect answer has been identified. Students must determine how the incorrect answer was calculated, and explain the mistake or misconception. Part 2 asks students to correctly solve the problemsPart 3 challenges students to solve multi-step integer operations problems from real-world scenarios. Teaching style
I love hands on activities, inquiry based learning, and anything that gets my kids moving. I want them to have real world application to any and all assignments we work on. I want them to leave my classroom with questions. I want them to be curious. I want them to want to learn math.
