This is a survey for elementary students for the beginnning of the year. It will help teachers get to know thier students and their unique learning needs. It covers all four main content areas, special interest areas, and gives opportunities for students to share anything else with the teacher that is important to them in a developmentally appropriate way. This is great for all elementary students and is easy to understand.
