Multiplication Math Blizzard is a fun card game that will help your students practice their multiplication skills 0-12. Based on the game "Spiral" I have stepped it up a notch with frosty graphics and bright colors. Not to mention my secret weapon...the "Blizzard" card. Experience
I have 25 years experience teaching art, reading, and writing with students struggling with emotional and behavioral difficulties in the Chicago Public School System. I have also taught math, social studies and science.
Teaching style
I love to mix it up with lessons that are meaningful, creative, and engaging. Giving the students opportunities to learn from each other is one of my specialties. I strive for a classroom where students collaborate and communicate with each other as well as myself successfully.
I also love to incorporate technology in my instruction.
Awards & shining teacher moments
3 time winner of my school's teacher of the year award. Very humbled by this because they only gave this award 4 times in 25 years.
