This chapter journal is set up to be used during a novel study for Fourth Grade Rats. There are one or two short questions to answer after each chapter. There are 14 sections in all with a bonus conclusion question at the end. I love these for quick comprehension checks after reading if I don't want to do a full blown novel study with my class.

This is a bundle of one pagers to practice reading comprehension with fables. Each page is laid out the same for cohesiveness and ease of use with a fable and comprehension questions. Currently this product is only 4 stories but I will be continuing to add to it!
These two writing prompts were used in my classroom after reading Friends for Freedom: The Story of Susan B. Anthony & Frederick Douglass, written by Suzanne Buckingham Slade.
