I am a speech-language pathologist who has worked in early childhood education for over 18 years. I enjoy working in the classroom on a transdisciplinary team including a regular education teacher, early childhood special education teacher, occupational therapist, and educational assistants. Goal Summary Sheet at a Glance
This is a form that I use to write a brief description of the goals for each student in a classroom. I then either put it in a transparent holder or laminate to take with me into the classroom. I can glance at it quickly while I am working with students or I can also use it with our educational assistants. They love to use this to look at how they can incorporate the speech language goals everyday and often write anecdotal notes for data tracking.

I love to work hands-on through play and everyday activities. I find it most important to gain rapport and trust with a child first.
