Reading Wonders Unit 1-6 HFW Assessment (First Grade) This is an easy way of doing a quick check-in at the end of a unit. I typically use these in my classroom for my own records and cut the bottom portion off to send home to families.

This is the template I use and that stopped me from recreating the wheel every time I had to write substitute plans- ultimately saving me hours of work (and tears) year after year. This is essentially an outline or schedule of your day.  If your schedule changes based on the day of the week, make multiple templates and name them accordingly.
