Keeping Them Thinking

This invoice template is designed to help you keep track of what each family owes. The first page of the template has an activity details heading. The second page of the template includes attendance fees and subsidy coverage in case a child receives in state funding. I use it for my after school program; issuing the invoices directly to parents. It is used in conjunction with the Billing and Payment Tracking Log, which is another listing I have available.

This sign out sheet is intended to track the students who attend your program on a given day, verified by the parent/guardian upon signing in and out. It is a useful tool for accurate billing if your program charges parents directly. I also have a listing for an after school sign out sheet available.
