Cultural Awareness in the Classroom
When teaching ELL students, a teacher must understand that the way some ELL students act and behave may differ from US students. Many teachers get angry and frustrated by this and then it reflects on the ELL students who feel left out retreat into their own world. This video helps a new teacher what is cultural awareness and how they can implement lessons in the classroom.

Teaching style
I believe more hands on experiences are the best training tool. If students get to see what they are about to do and then attempt it with independent study they become more aware of their mistakes and become better leaners. The more practice they get the better they become.
