You can modify this for any grade level. You simply number your term cards and your definition cards. Students must match the definition to the term. They write the numbers for each card in the boxes provided. You make an answer key with the numbers that make a match. They also write a sentence using the vocabulary word. This is a great accountability piece to add to any vocabulary center.
