Great for fine motor skill practice with preschool aged children. They choose a writing utensil (or a couple) and trace over the lines, which increase in difficulty as the lines go on. I had some very reluctant writers enjoy following these lines, as there is little pressure to 'make it look correct'. Students also enjoyed using scissors to follow the lines when practicing scissor use. Please rate my product :) Enjoy!

A fun and easy way for your class to get to know each other! Students try to fill in two rows (or as many names as they can) before time is up. The students learn about each other while practicing their communication skills. This activity builds classroom community while having fun! Appropriate for many ages (I've used it with grades 3 - 10).

A simpler icebreaker activity for English Language Learners.
