Teaching style
I strive to engage and challenge students by using meaningful lessons that address standards and provide opportunities for critical thinking. Proven teaching strategies are an integral part of my classroom. This includes active learning, differentiated instruction, graphic organizers, and numerous reading strategies.
I also believe that throwing in a splash of fun and creativity helps to make classroom learning memorable and enjoyable for both the students and the teacher.
