About the store
Welcome to Kelly's Math Club where you'll find all things Middle School and Elementary Math. As a retired Middle School Math Teacher, I work full-time on Teachers Pay Teachers, have a math blog , offer a math course for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade math teachers (Math Sparks), and offer a mini-course on classroom engagement and classroom management. After 22 years in the classroom, I now use what I've learned over the years to create products teachers need and want. Many of my products are themed for holidays, as well as themes with pirates, basketball, football, winter, summer, space, etc. I have a year-long Individualized spelling program that meets the needs of students at all levels, created as my Master's Thesis. Lessons cover most of the middle school math standards, and include foldables, and printable worksheets. I also have several long-term Math projects on topics such as the Olympics, and Hiking the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail (PBL). Let me know what you need!

Teaching style

I love creating on Google Slides and also Powerpoint. I create colorful, digital lessons, many self-checking, with embedded riddles and jokes. I also create printable math art, and printable foldables for the interactive notebook. I try to engage students and create as much fun as possible while implementing Common Core standards.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies, a California Teaching Credential in Multiple Subject, and a Master's Degree in Reading Education from California State University, San Bernardino. I also received my Supplementary Credential in Math from the University of California, Riverside.

Additional biographical information

I'm a caregiver to my son who was injured in a car accident in 2009, and I live with my son and our pet cat, Theodore. My other son and daughter live close by. I enjoy hiking, golfing, playing the piano, and reading historical fiction.
