Teaching style

I went from having no kids who want to answer to almost having every kid wanting to play and answer through a gamified and a positive reinforcement environment. I draft each lesson as if I am delivering to a corporate client like a consulting deliverable. Each lesson, I experiment what helps kids retain information and what inspires them to be more curious!
