This is the DSA Class Record Chart in a digital file. Based on the Word Journeys assessment, this is the chart to record your students' scores. The file is in Microsoft Word so you can download it and type in your information. You can delete any rows or columns that you do not need.

These charts can be printed to hang up in your classroom. I teach one rule a week, and add that chart. My students can refer back to the chart to see all of the rules we have learned. Each page has the rule and examples on it. Each student will need one copy of the Christmas Coupon Book. Some coupons might not apply to each student, they can leave those out. Coupons can be colored and/or decorated (or students could draw a picture to go with each coupon). There is one blank coupon, if students want to add one of their own and the last coupon has room for students to write a special note to their parent and sign their name. This file contains 20 pages. There are 19 pages of word groups. Each group has 12 words to put in alphabetical order. I would suggest printing the words on cardstock, cutting each group out and putting them in a bag together. Each student can get a bag and put those words in alphabetical order. There is also a sheet that your students can record on.
