Grow & Glow reflections are an easy and quick way to give feedback to your students. Write down an area for a student to improve: GROW and an area that a student excels: GLOW. Then I glue this reflection paper at the end of his work, especially in writing essays. Sometimes I quickly read with them the notes I wrote so they know what they did well and also which areas they need to improve. Experience

I got my Education degree in teaching foreign languages with honors. After that I got my Master's degree on Translation and Interpreting (English and French)
Additional biographical information
Since I was a child, I have loved teaching. I remember playing school and wanting to be a teacher as soon as I started my education. In my family, there are several teachers and I have always admired their love for their jobs and the way their work made them feel good. Because of this, I am happy and proud to be a teacher myself and enjoy my work and the opportunity I have to feel fulfilled every day. I am also a mom of two children who also have been helping me to keep learning about different approaches to education, about inquiry based learning, child development, positive discipline, visible thinking, multiple intelligences and a long list that keep growing every day.
