Students complete the first half of the form before a food lab. It helps ensure that they read the recipe and know what it means. The second half of the form allows students to reflect on their lab experience.

Letter to Future Child Used as part of the final in my Parenting and Child Development Class. Helps student reflect on what has been learned throughout the semester.

Dream Bedroom Project This project is used for Family and Consumer Sciences 1 for 9th and 10th grade students. Project allows for students to select furniture, create a floor plan, and develop a color scheme.

Lab report used to help students get organized and prepared for lab day. Includes having students identify TCS foods and CCP.

My students are each assigned a different fruit/vegetable to research. They create a poster and present it.

Party/Menu Planning Project Used in Family and Consumer Sciecnes 1 for 9th and 10th graders. Allows students to choose a setting, develop invitations, create a balanced menu, and plan for decorations.
