We began our month with reading "Space Adventure" by Regina Zaytseva. We looked at all the planets the little boy visited and discussed their names, colors and order. This month my little students are learning about space so I had an opportunity to have a lot of fun with star counting and star watching. We launched a rocket and even played a huge floor top game. My students love to play with swatters. They enjoys simply banging it on the cards since it makes a fun sound. I also have a whole folder of different attachments including this rocket.
