Additional biographical information

Hello, my name is Emily Sterling and I am the creative force behind KidLogic Learning Resources! I have my degree in graphic art, specifically digital layout, and I have been a ParaEducator for special needs students since 2010 from Texas to Kentucky to currently Michigan. I have worked with the severely impaired as the well as high functioning, autistic students of all ages. Our son is six years old and I've been in LOVE with homeschooling him since his school closed. The only thing I love more than my country, is Jesus and my family. As we are living in unprecedented times of a virus shaping our lives, including schools across our nation, worries and fears can start to invade our family without us realizing it. This time is so deeply important for us all to take a step back. To stop. To breathe. To have faith. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. (2 Timothy 1:7) Did you catch that last part? Sound mind. We have peace, and it's through his Spirit he has given us! Let us not forget that. Okay, are you breathing calm? Got that warm fuzzy feeling going on? Good! Because we have little ones to lead. As many parents are new to filing the shoes of a teacher; let me take away some of that stress and introduce you to KidLogic! KidLogic Learning Resources is for educators AND parents alike. Each activity and instructional resource has been meticulously thought out and planned for the students perspective and success. My studies are focused on behavioral psychology, which is a major influencer in how a child learns and adapts. The ideas presented throughout my work are precise and to the point with NO need for added stress. Each product includes easy to read instructions for you; this is also part of a thoughtful process in creating. Jump in and explore the store! I hope you find yourself excited to bring these products to your kids and some relief that the hard work has been done for you. If you are looking for something you don't see, contact me and I'll work with you and your idea to create what you need. Supporting me is also supporting every mom out there trying her best, not only for her family, but for all those needing a helping hand during a tough and difficult time.
